RETURN PROCEDURES: Food products are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or spoiled, so please purchase with care. Customers must contact us in advance and receive return authorization and appropriate instructions. See contact information below.
ORDERS RETURNED DUE TO DISSATISFACTION: Customers must obtain a Return Authorization from customer service. A 5% return fee will be deducted from the credit and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping the item(s) back to Coffee n Talk.
Customers who wish to cancel orders that have not yet been delivered but tracking information is available and showing in-transit, will be charged all applicable restocking and return fees.
ORDERS RETURNED DUE TO BREAKAGE OR DEFECTS: If items are being returned due to defect or breakage, Coffee n Talk will cover the cost of shipping the damaged item back and a replacement will be sent to you at our cost providing the product is still available. If the product is no longer available, a 100% credit will be applied to your account.
RETURNING ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE 48 US CONTIGUOUS STATES: International orders and orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska will be credited, less the initial cost of the shipment. Before making a return, you must contact us for specific return instructions.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Due to the costly nature of shipping, international orders are not eligible for return.
PAYMENT AND PRIVACY: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Tax is only added to orders within California where Coffee n Talk has a retail presence; this is in compliance of applicable laws. Please allow 1-2 weeks for credits to post.
